About these terms
This website is run by Nova9 Automation ("Nova9", "we"), based in Mahé, Seychelles. By using the website or asking us to do work for you, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or agreement between you and Nova9 says something different, that document takes priority for that project.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse the website and send us a brief. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break it, overload it, get into areas that aren't public, or send spam or false information through the form.
The dashboards, figures and activity shown on the website are examples that illustrate the kind of systems we build. They are labelled as example data and are not results from a real client.
The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be online or free of errors.
Quotes and proposals
Every project is scoped individually. Before any work starts, you receive a written quote or proposal that sets out what we'll build, the timeline and the fee. Work begins once you have accepted it in writing. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, and nothing on this website is an offer you can accept on its own.
Payment
Unless your proposal says otherwise, 50% of the project fee is due upfront before work starts, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. Ongoing services such as hosting, monitoring and support are billed as set out in your proposal.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Nova9 and may not be copied or reused without our permission. For client work, the rights to what we build, and the licence you receive to use it, are set out in the individual agreement for each project.
Your information
How we handle the information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nova9 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption, that arise from using this website or relying on its content. For client work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the project the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, and the courts of Seychelles have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
